Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:

A cancellation fee may be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

No-Call / No-Show:

Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not contact the salon will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

A card on file may be required to reserve future appointments.

We truly appreciate you respecting our stylists’ time and understanding that last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that are difficult to fill.
