Which of these tiers sounds like the best fit for your hair goals?
Junior / Associate Stylist 0-1 years
The Vibe: Energetic, passionate, and budget-friendly.
Who they are: Recent beauty school graduates who are fine-tuning their craft under the direct guidance of our senior team.
Best for: Standard cuts, solid colors, gloss & toner services and clients who love supporting fresh talent (and saving a little extra!).
Floor Stylist 2-5 years
The Vibe: Confident, reliable, and fully independent.
Who they are: Professionals with a few solid years behind the chair. They are completely competent in all of our everyday services.
Best for: Your go-to cuts, classic highlights, root touch-ups, all over colors, blonding , lived-in brunette’s and reliable, beautiful maintenance.
Senior Stylist 5-10 years
The Vibe: Trendsetters and masters of detail.
Who they are: Seasoned pros with deep industry experience who have mastered advanced cutting and custom color placement techniques.
Best for: Major style transformations, intricate blonding and lived in color, if you're looking for tailored advice on a look that best suits your face shape.
Master Stylist 10 years plus
